When signing up for month to month, when does my account get billed?
Direct withdrawals will be made on the 21st or the next business day.
When will my box ship?
All boxes are shipped out on the 1st of each month, or the next business day. You can expect to receive the box within 5-7 business days for the continental U.S.
I want to sign up for the “All In” subscription. Do I need to pay the total upfront?
Yes, you have to pay the total upfront if you want to receive the 10% discount. If you do not want to, then you can sign up for the month to month plan.
My box never arrived. What do I do?
Contact us and we will see what happened. Mistakes do happen and we will try our best to resolve it!
What are all the different sets I will get and when will I receive them?
You can see exactly which sets are getting shipped out each month. Check out our distribution schedule. This is great if you want to plan out additional lessons with your kids!
If I choose the 2 child box can I get it shipped to 2 different locations?
Unfortunately we cannot. However, you and your friend can coordinate a meet up and split the kit! Or even have your kids build together!
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
To cancel, login into your account and you can cancel it there. However, make sure to cancel before the billing date which is the 23rd of each month. If it is past this date then your cancellation will happen for the month after.
I lost or broke a piece. What can I do?
Send us an email and we will search our inventory of extra pieces and mail it out to you. However if your dog ate it then we can’t replace it for free, but shoot us an email and we will see what we can do.
My child doesn’t like the set. Can I get a refund?
While we have some fun kits, we know that some people might not like them. That’s why you can sign up for the month to month and cancel at any time. However we do not offer refunds on kits that are already delivered. Perhaps you can gift it to a friend that you know will love it?!
What ages are the kits for?
These kits can be enjoyed by all ages, although we recommend it for ages 9 and up. Younger kids might need some help from their parents. What a great way to spend time with your kids!
